Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Tradewinds Buffet Cook to prepare and maintain hot and cold buffet items in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen.
Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, cooking and replenishing buffet dishes, following recipes and portion standards, monitoring food quality and freshness, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation practices. You’ll work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely service, attractive presentation, and a clean, organized work area while supporting our welcoming, guest-first culture rooted in tribal values and teamwork.
