5 years direct experience. Good Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, equipment troubleshooting ability, maintenance, ability to work alone and with others. Hours to be Monday - Friday. Overtime paid. Flexibility during holidays and summers.

- Emphasis on electrical components; motor starters, contactors, lock out-tag out, unit replacements.
- Must climb ladders and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- You will be working in tight spaces and on roofs.
- Record keeping and data base collection and retention of information required.
- Pull cabling for energy management system upgrades.
- Ability to order supplies necessary for daily job functions.
- Other maintenance items as may be directed
