This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with experienced IP attorneys and shareholders while supporting a sophisticated domestic and international trademark practice.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and maintain U.S. trademark applications and related USPTO filings
- Support domestic and international trademark prosecution matters
- Prepare trademark renewals, declarations, assignments, and post-registration filings
- Monitor trademark docketing systems and maintain critical deadlines
- Review USPTO correspondence and assist with responses
- Coordinate international filings and communications with foreign counsel
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare portfolio reports
- Maintain trademark records and case files
- Assist with TTAB-related opposition, cancellation, and enforcement matters
- Support trademark billing, reporting, and related administrative functions
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of trademark prosecution experience
- Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark filing requirements
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with trademark docketing systems and IP management software preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree preferred
