Trademark Litigation Of Counsel

I am working with an elite Intellectual Property Boutique on a strong need for its busy Trademark practice. They are seeking a senior associate/of counsel with significant substantive trademark experience to join one of the best trademark practices in the world.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of trademark litigation experience with demonstrated strength in legal writing and advocacy
• Experience handling complex disputes
• Significant substantive experience (1st chair) and leadership experience
• Excellent academic credentials

This role is available in both a traditional, partner-track role and an off-track role with designated hours and compensation that aligns.
