This opportunity is well-suited for an attorney with solid experience in trademark disputes who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced legal environment and values collaboration and client service excellence.Core ResponsibilitiesManage trademark litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.Represent clients in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).Develop and implement trademark enforcement and brand protection strategies.Work closely with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive intellectual property counsel.Candidate ProfileJuris Doctor from a Top 50 U.S.
