Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate

Overview

Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening for a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. Trademark litigation/TTAB experience is a threshold requirement. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of experience preferred.
• Trademark litigation/TTAB experience is a threshold requirement.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
• Excellent academic credentials, commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated judgment and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset with diverse backgrounds and experiences preferred for a diverse candidate pool.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
