Trademark Attorney - Washington, DC
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a trademark associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Washington, DC office. The salary for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of trademark and copyright experience, including prosecution of U.S. applications, USPTO procedures, and TTAB proceedings.
- Experience with domestic and foreign trademark disputes and portfolio maintenance, trademark clearance, copyright counseling, licensing, and domain name disputes.
- Litigation experience is preferred.
- Strong client-interfacing and interpersonal skills.
- DC bar admission or eligibility to become admitted.
- All candidates must be qualified to work in the U.S.
