Duties

- Engage directly with clients on brand management and anti-counterfeiting efforts.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with active Texas state bar license or eligibility to waive in.
- 2-7 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution and portfolio management.
- Experience in TTAB or IP litigation is a plus.
- Strong skills in writing, research, and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client matters efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
