Am Law 100 firm is looking to hire trademark prosecution associates.
What you have:
  • 2-9 years of experience in trademark clearance, filing, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement of national and international brands
  • Preference given for TTAB experience
  • Preference given for trademark prosecution experience at an Am Law 100 firm
  • Active license to practice law
What you will do:
  • Manage/support trademark matters of national and international clients including searching, clearance, filing, prosecution, and enforcement
  • Provide strategic brand portfolio guidance and counseling
  • Support TTAB matters and trademark disputes
