Duties
- Conduct trademark searches and review search results.
- Develop global trademark strategies.
- Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution.
- Engage in trademark enforcement, including online monitoring and TTAB proceedings.
- Draft and send demand letters and handle UDRP proceedings.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of trademark experience.
- Experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI developments in intellectual property is advantageous.
- Superior writing and communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are valued but not required.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
