Duties
- Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, and enforcement.
- Conduct trademark counseling, clearance search, and analysis.
- Handle trademark disputes and online investigations.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements and contracts.
- Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Represent clients in trademark disputes before the TTAB.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of intellectual property experience in private practice.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and client service orientation.
- Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
