Duties
- Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution and strategy.
- Handle trademark disputes and online enforcement matters.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements.
- Conduct IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Represent clients in TTAB disputes.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of intellectual property experience in private practice.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities and client service skills.
- Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
