Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Trade Operations Analyst to work in Turkey and support our customs operations in Turkey and the Middle East region (mainly in the UAE).This exciting role plays a crucial role in ensuring that every step of the Trade Operations process is cost-effective, productive, and efficient.

You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on Trade Operations activities to resolve issues, optimize Customs Clearance performance, reduce cost, and improve efficiency. As a Trade Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Dealing with customs authorities in Turkey and other countries in the Middle EastMaintaining files, data, and other supporting information for imports and exports for an audit-ready state and coordinate with internal customers in response to audits or other requests for information pertaining to company import / export activitiesCollaborating with cross functional internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Transport, and Customer Services and Customer Relations DepartmentsMonitoring the efficiency of movement of materials and products within and outside of the EMEA Region to ensure safe and efficient delivery, receipt, storage of productsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Customs Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management, or a related field3-7 years of experience in International Trade regulations and customs requirements for import/ exports of Medical Products ideallyKnowledge of computer programs and corporate systems required.

Proficiency in SAP/GTS, ExcelWritten and spoken Turkish and English, Arabic is a plusHigh-level mathematical and data analytics skillsStrong communication skills, ability to prioritize and work in a team environment collaborating with cross functional teamsWork location:This role is remote, based in Turkey.
