We are currently supporting a growing financial services firm looking to add an Operations Analyst to its U.S. team. This opportunity can be based in Miami or Chicago.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who already has exposure to derivatives, FX and/or brokerage operations and wants to take on a broad, hands-on role.
The position will cover:
• Trade capture, monitoring and daily reconciliations
• OTC, FX and brokerage trade validation
• Settlements and trade confirmations
• Daily P&L preparation and validation
• Investigation and resolution of trade, cash and position breaks
• Client statements and operational queries
• Static data and market risk data
• Process improvement and automation projects
Preferred background
• 1–3 years’ experience in derivatives, FX and/or brokerage operations
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Interest or experience in AI-driven automation and improving operational processes
