Trade Marketing Manager – Rapidly Growing Cannabis Operator – Remote | Full-Time | Travel Required. Our client, a fast-scaling, multi-state cannabis operator, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market and promotional strategies across multiple states, ensuring the brand shows up powerfully in every market they serve.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of field marketing reps across multiple markets
- Oversee demand planning for swag, national activations, and local market needs
- Manage execution of pop-ups, trade events, budtender education, and localized campaigns tailored to each market’s regulations and consumer trends
- Lead project management workstreams (Monday.com or Asana expertise strongly preferred)
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams for cohesive brand execution
- Gather and analyze field insights to inform product launches and optimize market performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in marketing operations or trade/field marketing leadership
- Cannabis experience helpful but not required
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and managing remote teams
- Willingness to travel for events, activations, and market visits
