Job Description

Chidi:

• Strong operational resilience background across financial services, with experience at LSEG, Lloyds, WEX and BUPA delivering resilience, risk and regulatory change programmes.
• Hands-on experience with DORA and FCA/PRA operational resilience requirements, including impact tolerances, service mapping, scenario testing, governance and remediation activities.
• Led DORA remediation across 188+ applications at LSEG, working on observability, incident response, backup management and compliance readiness ahead of key regulatory deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in the first line, with experience in control testing, third-party risk, BC/DR integration, incident reporting and resilience reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, partnering with Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver practical solutions and regulatory-ready outcomes.
