Trade Compliance AnalystJoin Our TeamODL is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support and strengthen our global trade compliance program. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our import and export activities comply with U.S. Customs regulations and international trade requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processes and optimize duty savings.This is an excellent opportunity for a trade compliance professional who enjoys solving complex regulatory challenges, collaborating across the business, and making a meaningful impact on a growing global manufacturing organization.What You'll DoTrade Compliance & Customs ManagementManage HTS classification, customs valuation, and country of origin determinations across multiple product categoriesEnsure import and export activities comply with U.S.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and applicable international trade lawsSupport USMCA and other Free Trade Agreement (FTA) qualification, documentation, and certificate of origin managementCoordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate entry filings, duty payments, and regulatory complianceMaintain accurate import and export records in accordance with CBP recordkeeping requirementsRegulatory ComplianceMonitor changes in global trade regulations including Section 232, Section 301, AD/CVD orders, UFLPA, CAATSA, and other applicable trade requirementsEvaluate regulatory changes and communicate business impacts and compliance recommendations to relevant stakeholdersSupport IEEPA refund filings, duty recovery initiatives, and other compliance programs designed to minimize risk and optimize costsCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure trade compliance is integrated into sourcing and supplier management decisionsWork with suppliers to obtain country of origin certifications and required compliance documentationProcess Improvement & TrainingAssist in developing, implementing, and maintaining trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal controlsSupport internal audits and identify opportunities to improve compliance processesDevelop and deliver trade compliance training to increase awareness across the organizationWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experienceThree or more years of experience in trade compliance, customs compliance, or import/export operations within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR), HTS classification, customs valuation, country of origin determination, USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements, and import entry processes and customs documentationExperience working with customs brokers and CBP requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsPreferred QualificationsLicensed Customs Broker (LCB) certificationExperience with SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or other Global Trade Management systemsExperience supporting AD/CVD proceedings, duty drawback, or other duty recovery programsFamiliarity with ACE Portal and CBP electronic filing processesWhat You'll GetHealth, Dental, and Vision insurancePrescription plan401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursementDisability planPaid vacation and 10 holidaysHealth club reimbursementBonus programWellness programReady to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about international trade, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and enjoy solving complex compliance challenges, we want to hear from you.
