Leading Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Country of Origin (COO) compliance for IT and datacenter power products, the full-time Trade Compliance Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, partnering with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and legal teams to ensure adherence to U.S. government procurement and global trade requirements. Key responsibilities Own Trade Compliance for IT and datacenter power products, including UPS and power distribution equipment Lead TAA compliance activities, including eligibility assessments and compliance maintenance for government customers Determine and maintain COO compliance through substantial transformation analysis and documentation management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related technical field Minimum of three (3) years of experience in trade compliance or related engineering/compliance roles Experience with Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Country of Origin (COO) determinations Strong understanding of global manufacturing and sourcing impacts on trade compliance Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to real products
