Timekeeper PositionWe are seeking an experienced Timekeeper to support a refinery Turnaround project. This position will be responsible for accurately tracking contractor time, reviewing time records, and supporting daily timekeeping requirements in a fast-paced refinery environment. The ideal candidate will have previous Chevron Contractor TRACK experience and a strong understanding of refinery, construction, or Turnaround timekeeping processes.Responsibilities:Manage daily timekeeping for contractors working on a refinery TurnaroundEnter, review, and maintain accurate time records in Chevron Contractor TRACKTrack regular and overtime hours for employees working a 6x10 Turnaround scheduleReview time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as neededCoordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project personnel regarding timekeeping issuesEnsure time is submitted accurately and within required deadlinesMaintain organized timekeeping records and documentationAssist with reporting and reconciliation of labor hours throughout the TurnaroundSupport additional administrative timekeeping needs as required by the projectQualifications:Previous Chevron Contractor TRACK experiencePrevious experience as a timekeeper in a refinery, oil and gas
