Summary

The TR Process Improvement Consultant identifies, documents, standardizes, and improves Team Resources (HR) processes and services across the organization. This role partners with Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, TR Technology, and operational teams to improve consistency, reduce complexity, enhance the employee and customer experience, and support operational excellence.

Serving as a process subject matter expert for Shared Services, this position plays a key role in:

• Process analysis, documentation, and improvement
• Service standardization initiatives
• Workflow design and optimization
• Case management implementation
• Continuous improvement effortsNew service design and implementation
• Cross-functional project support
• Operational excellence initiatives
• Customer experience enhancements
• Process governance and best practice development

This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, collaborating across teams, and driving meaningful organizational change.

Required

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• Three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Process Improvement
  • Operations
  • Business Analysis
  • Shared Services
  • Human Resources Operations
  • Healthcare Operations
  • Related operational or consulting disciplines
