TPO Account Manager

Supporting the third-party origination channel, the remote TPO Account Manager will manage FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan files, serving as the primary contact for mortgage brokers while ensuring timely updates and coordination with internal departments. Key responsibilities Support FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan files throughout the loan process Serve as the primary point of contact for mortgage brokers and third-party originators Review loan files, follow up on missing documentation, and provide timely loan-status updates Required qualifications Several years of experience within a TPO or wholesale mortgage channel preferred Direct experience supporting FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loans required Previous experience as a TPO Account Manager, Wholesale Account Manager, TPO Processor, or Wholesale Loan Processor Strong understanding of the mortgage loan process and experience managing an active loan pipeline Strong broker-support and customer-service skills
