For additional information about Coty Inc., please visit TPM Project Specialist supports the development and industrialization of innovative Consumer Beauty products through close collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers, R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject ManagementManage TPM development activities from briefing through commercialization.Coordinate timelines, risks and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers.Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory and business requirements.Technical DevelopmentSupport formula development, validation and industrialization.Coordinate testing, claims support and technical documentation.Monitor technical performance throughout development.CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality and external manufacturers.Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.3+ years in formulation or cosmetic product development.Experience in color cosmetics preferred.Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGA collaborative mindset, strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment while delivering innovation with speed and quality.
