Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive automotive system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all vehicle systems (steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC) to OEM specifications.
• Examine customer vehicles and conduct thorough multi-point Video inspections to identify required and preventative service needs.
• Clearly document diagnostic notes and recommendations for Assistant Service Managers and customers.
• Conduct proper road tests to verify customer concerns and confirm repair quality.
• Adhere strictly to all Federal, State, Local, and dealership safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience performing complex automotive repair and diagnostics on Toyota/Lexus vehicles.
• Certifications: Toyota Certified (Expert/Master preferred) and active ASE c ertification required.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in electrical diagnostics, mechanical repair, and shop diagnostic equipment.
• Licensing: Valid, insurable driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Tools: Complete set of personal technician tools.
