Touring Props Director — Lead Creative & Safety

Blue Man Group is seeking an experienced Head of Props for the 2026 North American Tour. This leadership role oversees the props department, drives maintenance and creative execution, and collaborates with multiple technical and creative teams to ensure safety and artistic standards across venues.

You will manage inventories, cue sheets, and budgets, while mentoring local crews and coordinating load-ins and touring logistics for a seamless show experience.
