Total Rewards Director: Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Lead

Hollywood Park is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll functions. Reporting to the VP, People Operations, you will drive a total rewards strategy, oversee leaves, HRIS and payroll operations, and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor a small team, benchmark positions with market surveys, and maintain pay equity across a multi-entity environment in a dynamic, on-site Inglewood setting.
