Role Overview: The Total Project Manager will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives in an Agile environment. The role requires strong project management expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations, integrations, enhancements, and production support initiatives from initiation through deployment and post‑production stabilization.
  • Manage Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, QA teams, and vendors to define scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, communication plans, budgets, and executive status reports.
  • Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and custom CRM transformation projects.
  • Manage requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and prioritization of Salesforce enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce development teams on Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations, APIs, automation, and configuration activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce releases through effective release management, deployment planning, testing coordination, and change management.
  • Oversee Agile delivery teams, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure sprint commitments are achieved.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize Salesforce capabilities.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications including ERP, middleware, data platforms, and third‑party systems.
  • Establish governance processes around Salesforce delivery standards, security, compliance, data quality, and platform adoption.
