We are seeking an entrepreneurial Adult Reconstruction Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a nationally recognized practice on California’s Central Coast as the founder transitions to a reduced clinical role.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a surgeon approximately 3–10 years into practice who is seeking immediate clinical volume, professional autonomy, and participation in ambulatory surgery center ownership.

The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to build a thriving hip and knee practice while leveraging an established brand, existing patient demand, and a highly efficient outpatient infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a surgeon who:

• Is approximately 3–10 years post-training


• Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction preferred


• Performs primary hip and knee arthroplasty


• Is comfortable in the outpatient environment


• Has a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset


• Wants to participate in the continued development of an innovative musculoskeletal platform
