Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

Location: Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania

Employment Type: Full-Time, W2

Base Salary: $400,000 to $450,000 + Bonus

We are partnering with a well-established, physician-led orthopedic practice to identify a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to step into an established practice with a strong referral network, experienced clinical support, and a significant existing patient base. The practice is seeking a surgeon focused primarily on hip and knee procedures , with shoulder experience considered a plus. Robotic surgery experience is preferred but not required.

The Opportunity

The incoming surgeon will join a collaborative orthopedic group that has served its community for more than 40 years. The practice is currently transitioning its physician team as several senior providers approach retirement, creating an opportunity for a new surgeon to build a long-term practice with mentorship and an established patient population.

The typical schedule consists of three days in the office and two days in the operating room , with flexibility based on surgical volume. The physician will rotate between practice locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and participate in a shared call rotation.

• Base salary of $400,000 to $450,000

What We Are Looking For

• Orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement
• Strong experience or training in hip and knee procedures
• Willingness to participate in the practice call rotation
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate New Jersey and Pennsylvania licensure
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• Patient-focused and collaborative approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to becoming a long-term member of the practice

The practice is open to both experienced surgeons and physicians coming out of residency or fellowship.
