Curative is seeking a Total Joint Orthopaedic Surgeon in Wisconsin to join an independent, physician-led group with a practice-owned ASC and hospital OR access. Expect about a 50/50 clinic/surgery schedule with progressive autonomy and a path to partnership.
Guaranteed base salary with productivity upside, 6 weeks PTO, 9 federal holidays, CME $3,000 and 2 weeks, relocation up to $10,000, tail malpractice, and partnership eligibility after 2 years. Living in a family-friendly Wisconsin community.
