Rivian seeks a Group Leader, Torque Management to plan and coordinate daily activity for Torque Technicians, Team Leaders and Team Members. You will provide torque technical support, problem-solving and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality vehicles.
The role requires hands-on torque tooling expertise, deep understanding of automotive quality, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams. You will mentor the team and coordinate with suppliers and contractors as needed.
