Torque Management Group Lead

Rivian is seeking a Group Leader, Torque Management to plan and coordinate daily activities for Torque Technicians, Team Leaders and Team Members. You will provide torque expertise, problem-solving, and drive improvements for torque tooling and quality across the plant.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, and throughput while collaborating with third-party contractors and internal partners on tooling strategies.
