Experienced Support Engineers with an active United States Top Secret Security Clearance will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on deploying and configuring complex systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer support in a technical environment. Key responsibilities Engage directly with customers to plan, implement, and maintain production deployments Utilize a systematic approach to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RHEL/CentOS and big-data analytics systems Conduct basic training on the DTEX Kibana-based UI for customers and maintain a virtual test environment to validate procedures Required qualifications Active United States Top Secret Security Clearance is required 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role 3-5 years of network/systems administration experience strongly preferred 2+ years in roles such as L2 Technical Support Engineer or Linux System Administrator Proficiency in Linux system administration, including command-line expertise and system security
