PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to keep originating loans while building a team. You will recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers and lead the branch's culture and performance, with processing, underwriting, and back-office support provided to you.
You must have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination, be an active MLO (NMLS) and hold a Principal Lending license if required by state. A strong referral network is essential for success in this role.
