Tools Dept Manager - Merchandising & Customer Service

Runnings in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Department Manager for our Tools department. You will lead merchandising and sales, guide a team, and ensure top-level customer service while reporting to the Store Manager.

This role requires flexibility—days, nights, weekends/holidays—and deep knowledge of Tools. You will work with buyers, monitor inventory, train new staff, and maintain a safe, organized department environment.
