Today, we stand proud as one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of high-quality suspension kits and off-road accessories, catering to the needs of off-road and outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.Work consists of operating tool room equipment proficiently, including layout and assembly in accordance with engineering specifications to construct, repair, maintain, and calibrate shop tools, jigs, fixtures, instruments, patterns, core boxes, machine and equipment parts, furniture, and shipping containers.Types of machines, tools, and equipment used or operated:Power-driven wood and metal working machines such as drills, grinders, band saw, cutoff saw, sanders, routers, etc.Hand tools such as saws, hammer, ruler, files, calipers, etc.Soldering equipment, etc.Duties/Responsibilities:Use all pattern maker hand tools and precision measuring instruments skillfully.Work from tool sketches or verbal instructions.Assemble, construct, and repair metal, wood, and epoxy tools, jigs, fixtures, master patterns, and core boxes.Finishes epoxy patterns by filling cracks and joints and making radii at angles with wood fillets, wax, or putty.
