Job Description
Support tooling development and optimization
Troubleshoot tooling-related production issues
Coordinate tool modifications and repairs
Improve tool life and performance
Support new product launches
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Tooling Engineer should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Tool Design, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting tooling in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with tooling modifications, repairs, and optimization
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred
Experience with injection molding, stamping, die casting, or machining operations
CAD software experience
New product launch experience
Knowledge of GD&T
Continuous Improvement experience
