Responsibilities:

• Manage injection mold design, development, procurement, and approval.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review product and mold designs to identify manufacturability issues and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage APQP activities, project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Perform mold design reviews and oversee mold modifications and production release.
• Conduct project review meetings and communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience with plastic injection molding, mold design, mold making, and plastic materials is required.
• Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experience setting up, running, and interpreting Mold Filling Analysis (MFA).
• Knowledge of APQP, GD&T, and project management. xhqgsiq
• 6+ years of experience in injection molding, tooling, and engineering.
