Tooling Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer with strong expertise in injection molding, tooling, and project management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage injection mold projects from design through production.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review product designs, mold designs, and moldability.
• Oversee tooling suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Manage APQP, project timelines, budgets, and scope changes.
• Lead project review meetings and track project progress.
• Support mold filling analysis and tooling improvements.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in injection molding, tooling, and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds, tooling, and molding processes.
• Experience with 3D CAD/SolidWorks and mold-filling analysis.
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering/commodity resins.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office. xhqgsiq

Preferred: PMP/Project Management certification, Six Sigma certification, mold-making or scientific molding experience.
