Monday – Thursday, 4:30 am – 3:00 pmWhat You'll DoSet up machines to begin production cycles, including calibration and cleaningControl and adjust machine settings such as speed, feed, and alignmentProperly handle, stage, and feed raw materialsConduct periodic checks to ensure machines are operating correctlyTroubleshoot issues and maintain detailed activity logs throughout the shiftInspect parts using precision measuring tools to confirm accuracy and qualityPerform changeovers, including handling high-value components, inserting, measuring, weighing, and recording dataWork across a variety of presses with consistency and attention to detailWhat You Bring:Proven experience as a machine operatorHands-on precision tool setting experience highly preferredHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read mill tickets, follow work instructions, and interpret manuals written in EnglishStrong math skills and confidence using precision measuring devicesExcellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and meet time-sensitive production goalsStrong attendance and reliabilityWillingness to work overtime when neededAbility to read, speak and understand EnglishThis role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
