Job OverviewnnThe Tool Repair Estimator provides administrative services by creating and coordinating the estimates for tooling repairs and assists customers with facilitating the processing of their tools being repaired.nnA Day In The LifennEvery day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:nnReviewing incoming tool repair requests and preparing repair estimates for customer approval.nContact customers by phone or email to discuss repair costs and obtain authorization to proceed with repairs.nEntering and maintaining repair orders, estimates, and customer information in SAP and Salesforce.nAssisting in prioritizing repair work for the Tool Repair Technicians based on customer needs, turnaround expectations, and workload.nTracking the status of tools through the repair process and providing updates to customers as needed.nCoordinating with team members to ensure repair orders are processed accurately and efficiently.nAssisting with shipping and receiving documentation to support the movement of tools through the repair process.nResponding to customer questions regarding repair status, pricing, and expected completion dates.nMaintaining organized records and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.nSupporting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment while helping deliver excellent customer service.nnWhat will help you thrive in this role?nnHigh School DiplomanMicrosoft ExcelnSAP experience a plusnSalesforce experience a plusnMaintain composure and positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentnExcellent communication skillsnMaintain a calm, patient and positive demeanor when communicating with customersnPossess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen, understand concerns and provide clear and effective responses.nEffectively manage situations without becoming frustrated and remain focused on delivery exceptional service and solutions to customers.nnCompetenciesnnBuilding Relationships and NetworksnContinuous ImprovementnCommunicating and InfluencingnCustomer FocusnEnabling ExecutionnInitiative and DrivenPositive Approach and Stress TolerancenTechnology AgilitynnHubbell IncorporatednnHubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
