Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair, and fine adjustments of tools and related devices.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance of tools and preparation of spare parts (grinding, polishing).
- Supporting production in troubleshooting and informing operators about the status of tools.
- Collaborating on tool improvements and providing suggestions for optimizing design, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Participating in prototype and trial production.
- Recording interventions and reviews in the ERP system.
- Assisting in the introduction and training of new employees.
Requirements:
- Desired IV. degree in technical fields (toolmaking, machinery).
- Several years of experience working in a tool shop.
- Knowledge of production processes and machines.
- Ability to work in teams and independently, motivation, desire to learn and improve.
- Desired knowledge of the English language (communication and reading instructions).
- Category B driving license.
