Job #: Title: Tool Coordinator1 Location: San Antonio, TX Salary Range: 21.77 Position: Tooling Description:
Performs material coordination activities by receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and managing inventory to support production schedules and operational requirements. Coordinates material availability, analyzes inventory issues, and maintains compliance with tool control, safety, and inventory management procedures. Supports warehouse operations while ensuring materials, parts, and equipment are available to meet program needs.

#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent
*4+ years of experience with warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability
*Experience using computers with demonstrated competency
*Ability to obtain a forklift license
*Warehouse
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
*Obtain and maintain required training certifications
*Successful completion of on-the-job training or formal classroom training as a condition of assignment
*Regular and predictable attendance

#Job Duties & Functions
*Route materials to prescribed storage locations using established storage procedures
*Conduct inventory of stored materials and report deterioration or damage
*Remove and issue material from storage and prepare shipments
*Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required
*Comply with health and safety requirements, tool control, FOD, contracts, facilities, housekeeping, and inventory control procedures
*Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine material availability
*Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve material-related issues affecting quality, schedules, and budgets
*Perform in-depth analysis of complex material requirements, inventory, scheduling, and configuration control issues as needed
*Complete additional duties assigned by supervision and management
#Physical Requirements & Environment
*Able to perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment
*Work all assigned shifts without limitations due to weather or physical conditions
*Ascend and descend vertical work ladders
*Work in confined spaces
*Lift approximately 35 pounds
*Two-person lift may be required for weights greater than 50 pounds
*Use personal protective equipment for face, eyes, ears, hands, and arms as required
*Pass visual acuity and color perception tests
*Handle, use, and dispose of hazardous materials
*Perform occasional finger manipulation
*Reach overhead frequently
*Walk frequently on flat surfaces
*Stand frequently on flat or uneven surfaces
*Balance frequently on ladders, steps, or uneven surfaces
*Climb 3 to 12-foot ladders or stands occasionally
*Rotate head and neck, sit, crawl, squat, bend, stoop, lie down, and operate foot controls for extended periods
*Work with occasional exposure to metals
*Work with frequent exposure to noise
