Aldine Westfield Office.In this hands-on role, the 2nd Shift - Tool Assembler II will take charge of teardown, maintenance, and assembly of critical service tools while keeping a clean, organized workspace that supports fast, high-quality operations. You'll also assemble saleable equipment and flow-control valves, ensuring every product meets our high standards for Safety, Quality, and Productivity. This is a chance to make a direct impact on tool performance, reliability, and customer success in a dynamic, high-energy environment on the 2nd shift.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with all company Safety and Security policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, Job Safety Analysis, and Take 5 Safety initiatives.Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.Assembly and Disassembly of equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Follow all Quality Procedures for the Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of ProductsAdhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.Carry out daily activities with the Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet performance expectations as set by ManagementParticipate in training and cross-training within other areas to utilize labor efficiently and to prevent downtime or disruption to operations.Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.Ensure that service tool components are cleaned, oil-dipped, soft-assembled, and properly staged.Assist with the loading and unloading of tool baskets.Perform pressure testing on various tools per SOP's.
