JARP Industries Inc is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to support production of custom hydraulic cylinders and components. In this hands-on role, you will build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in CNC machining and fabrication.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using manual and CNC equipment, performing close-tolerance machining, troubleshooting tooling issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with engineering and production teams. You’ll help improve manufacturing processes, support new product launches, and ensure quality, safety, and uptime in a close-knit, team-focused environment.
