Come join us and be part of a dynamic team that's transforming the industrial and automotive industries while shaping the future of mobility!What You Will Do:Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and optimize transfer and line dies in press and out as requiredOperate tool room equipment and machinery with precisionSupport press setup and efficiency as a team to achieve posted expectationsAdherence to safety procedures and protocolsUses root cause analysis, problem solving skills to promote efficiency and qualityDirectly responsible to maintain product quality to print specifications where applicableMust be available to work overtime as required to meet Customer DemandServes in the capacity of wastewater handler commensurate with completion of proper environmental trainingOther duties as assignedAdapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principals using 5"S" and Kaizen processesSupport the Company's Goals and Objectives through Continuous Improvement action plan participation and completionWhat You'll Need To Succeed:Must demonstrate proficiency of Blueprint GD&T interpretation of Dies, Details, and Part PrintsMust be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve daily operational deficienciesUsage of a computer and other productivity machinery such as control panelsMust be able to interpret C.M.M.
or gaging information and adjust Tooling to maintain Customer Quality requirementsFive years' experience in Metal Stamping, Prototype, Tool and Die Build or Die Repair TechnicianPossess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria to maintain manufacturing environmental standards to protect and preserve our customers product and the environmentMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production standardsHigh school diploma or GEDSome college or technical trade manufacturing education is preferredWork may require extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, stooping and performing repetitive motion tasksExcellent manual dexterity, ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds frequentlyWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with continuous exposure to noiseWhat's In It For You:We create a supportive environment where employees thrive!
