Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work.Duties:Operate and the following equipment EDM wire, CNC mill, heat treat, tool grinders, and surface grinders.Knowledge of lean concepts to support continuous improvement.Participate in daily huddles to review safety, goal setting, and team and company updates.Other duties as assigned.Requirements (KSAs):Proficient in using decimals and fractions.
Knowledge of the machine coordinate system X, Y, and Z axis.Use and calibration of measuring equipment: Stagers, calipers, and indicators.Tool Grinding: Grind.125" engraving tools required for Emblematic die creation.Operation of the following CNC machine controls: Centroid, Mach Motion, and Fanuc.Downloading programs.Offset use and storing.Part setup.Machine safety, startup, shutdown, and autonomous maintenance.Proficient in the following Microsoft Tools: Excel, and Word.Heat treat operation and programming.Machine safety, startup, shutdown, and autonomous maintenanceSurface grinder operation.Machine safety, startup, shutdown, and autonomous maintenanceGrind emblematic dies and trims.Experience & Education:1 Year experience operating CNC machines.A Certificate in CNC machining.Basic cad software knowledge and use.Essential Functions/Working Conditions:Physical abilities required to perform the role (e.g. sitting or standing for extended periods of time, repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, etc.).Schedule:Day Shift Hours: Onsite Monday-Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pmBenefits:Full Medical and Dental Benefits Effective on Day 14 Weeks PTO11 Paid HolidaysAnnual BonusOnsite Health Clinic, Gym and Subsidized CafeGenerous 401k Match + Profit SharingTuition ReimbursementPaid Maternity and Paternity LeaveWellness ProgramDependent Scholarship Program
