Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, making us an industry leader in the manufacturing of stampings and automated assemblies.General SummaryThe Tool and Die Maker reports to the Tooling Manager. This position works with the Leaders as a Tool & Die to develop and maintain efficient and reliable tooling processes to the Production Department.

Troubleshoot any problems that are presented during production or on the bench.Essential Job FunctionsWork from tool room schedule to ensure that production tooling and equipment is ready to meet customer requirementsTroubleshoot tooling problems at pressesWork on production equipment when necessary to maintain productionRequisition supplies and spare parts for tool room and dies and keep these areas organizedMaintain clean work areasWork with outside tradesman as requiredInterpret prints for tooling modifications, accuracy, &/or improvementsWork with Engineers to create &/or modify prints to reflect changesPerform preventive maintenance by assignmentWilling to accept other additional job duties from next level leader.Work with all employees to continuously improve quality and productionSuggest methods of improvement (Continuous Improvement Plan)Salary / BenefitsThis position is eligible for Performance Bonus. These bonuses are added to your hourly rate and can be as much as $3/hr.7.5% Shift Premium if applicable.Employees become eligible for Insurance after 30 days of employment.
