You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing metal stamping dies to ensure smooth production and meet customer quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on metal stamping diesConduct equipment quality checks and welding tasks as neededTroubleshoot die-related issues in a fast-paced production environmentSet up and adjust dies for optimal performanceOperate basic tool room machinerySupport other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferredJourneyman Tool & Die Card (Department of Labor) preferredExperience in:Automotive sheet metal stamping (required)Large transfer and progressive dies (preferred)High-output manufacturing environmentsAbility to lift 40 lbs. regularly and work in physically demanding conditionsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with support teamsCompletion of all required company and customer training.
