Job TitleSupporting the successful completion of flight test events, platform integration laboratory testing events, and the associated analysis of test data. The position is located in Tucson, Arizona.Responsibilities to Anticipate:Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs according to design, specs and/or requirementsPerform data collection activities, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of resultsTrace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysisCreate/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packagesSupport field testing for land and shipboard testingAble to work in a high-paced environmentGenerate CR, CN, or VARs, complete data package and take to board (ERB/CCB)Monitor/manage upcoming tasks; assign resources (working knowledge on MS Project)Collaborate actively with CAM, IPT, TA, CE, attend weekly meetings to provide status, needsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experienceHardware Systems Integration experience, with preference for integration on shipboard platformsExperience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the fieldTelemetry Analysis experienceExperience performing maintenance and repair of weapons platforms, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, and resolution activitiesExperience using Earned Value Management systemsQualifications We Value:Technician experience working on military platforms, such as Fixed Wing, Rotary Wing, Ground Based, and ship-based platformsExperience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms.Experience managing and presenting technical data to Stakeholders and Customer community, in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.Technical leadership with capture/pursuit experience, including contribution or authoring of white papers, RFI responses, proposal of technical volumes, or related experienceExperience with RF spectral and temporal effects for sensor and backgrounds, including clutter, multipath, self-interference, grounding and shielding, and mitigation factors.Experience in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of RF/EO scenes data collection/analysis (including Telemetry)Test Systems design experience and collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines, such as electrical, electronics, mechanical, software, and computer engineering.Experience in RF/EO integration of hardware systems with high-level understanding of digital signal processing algorithms, advanced waveforms, antenna patterns, and techniques used in resource-constrained missile systems.CAMEO experienceWhat We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
