Traveler's permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital's service area. General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs.Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Facility can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for facility census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty. I can start the traveler any Monday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
